LOSE WEIGHT AND TONE UP
If your goal is to lose weight, expect to lose up to a stone in body weight over the challenge as long as you stick to the plan. If your goal is to improve muscular tone, every session has been scripted with that in mind. If your goal is to improve fitness then this plan has never been more appropriate. If your goal is to get massive, then hit the weights dude the gyms are open, this plan is not for you 😉
1x 60 and 1x 30 MINUTE BOOT CAMP SESSION EVERY WEEK
1 x 60 minute Full Body Boot Camp session aimed at building your confidence along with your fitness, oh and a shit load of calories, every Saturday @ 10 am.
1 x 30 minute HiiT LBT Workout each Tuesday @ 6 pm just before our weekly check in
WEEKLY GROUP ZOOM CALL
This is where we work as a team to up-skill each other on Nutrition and give ourselves a pat on the back for sticking to the plan. We will also agree weekly challenges and get the teams consensus on the right numbers for you because next week we will be celebrating your wins 😉
ACCESS TO YOUR VERY OWN CONCEPT FITNESS APP
The app is where you can connect with your team members in your own private social media platform and track your daily progress. The app also includes a nutrition planner, your 8 week schedule and much much more, all with the intention of keeping you focused on you.
Your Coach will be with you every step of the way and will have full visibility on what you track each day allowing us to give you a nudge to keep you on the right path. You will also receive a bespoke plan to follow outside of our sessions and 24/7 support.
BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES
From experience these photos are one of the best ways to keep you motivated throughout the 8 week journey. You keep the pictures and only submit when and if you are ready.
I know 8 weeks can feel like forever so there are weekly challenges to achieve to keep you moving. These Challenges are one of the key elements to making sure the plan does everything it promises.
24/7 support not only from your coach but also from your team mates. Your app also invites you to get involved in your own private social media group. Share your wins and ask for help when you need it
Alongside your Group PT sessions you will also receive a personalised workout plan to complete at home all tracked within the app. Your Nutrition plan will also be bespoke to your goals and needs. Your plan is more than just a workout though, its the full 8 weeks of agreed activity 😉
